At The ZKS, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy explains how and when refunds are issued for international orders placed on thezks.co.

 


 

 

Eligibility for Refunds

 


A refund can be issued only after:

 

  • The returned item has arrived at our facility in Turkey

  • The product has passed our quality inspection

  • The return request was submitted within the allowed period

 


Refunds apply only to the product price.

Outbound shipping (included in the item price) is non-refundable.

 


 

 

Conditions for Refund Approval

 


To receive a refund, the item must be:

 

  • Unworn, unused, and undamaged

  • Free of stains, makeup marks, deodorant residues, and odors

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • Shipped securely to avoid damage during transit

 


Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to partial refunds.

 


 

 

Return Shipping Cost

 


Return shipping fees are paid by the customer.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.


Customers must use a reliable, trackable courier service when returning items.

 


 

 

Refund Timeline

 


After the returned item is delivered and approved:

 

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction

 


We will notify you by email once your refund has been issued.

 


 

 

Partial Refunds

 


A partial refund may be issued if:

 

  • The item is received in less-than-perfect condition

  • Tags are missing

  • There is minor damage or signs of wear

  • Packaging is incomplete

 


In such cases, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the condition of the item.

 


 

 

Non-Refundable Situations

 


Refunds cannot be issued when:

 

  • The return request is made after the 14-day window

  • The item is worn, heavily soiled, damaged, or altered

  • The item is returned without approval

  • The package is lost due to using a non-trackable courier

 

 


 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 


If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

 

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide your order number and photos of the issue

 


If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 


 

 

Order Cancellations

 


Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped.

Once the order enters the shipping stage, cancellation is no longer possible.


If cancellation is not possible, you may proceed with a return after receiving the item.
